Senior Design Project

Artist Statement-
Coming home from school as a child, I checked the mail every day in hopes of receiving my Zoobooks. Though Zoobooks are on a national level to help animals around the world, I have brought my love to help animals to a magazine edition of dogs and cats in need throughout Georgia. Being able to bring awareness of shelters is my main goal. By designing and printing, I am bringing this project to life creating a monthly magazine, PAWS UP, of North Georgia shelters that are home to the dogs and cats most in need. The editions will provide not only the dogs and cats themselves, but calendars of events and tips to help. This project will allow viewers to interconnect with the project by having a viewable, physical magazine.
